Kids’ Yoga classes are designed to promote healthy physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development in children. Kids’ yoga is a fun way to keep fit and flexible in a non-competitive environment, while developing self-awareness and self-confidence. Classes include breathing, postures, relaxation and meditation. We also practice yoga in singing, dancing, playing, and making up our own poses. We learn to transition from ecstatic activity to blissful silence. We learn to move from the inside out, exploring our bodies to discover what makes us feel good.
